Where do I find you at the airport?
After you pick up your luggage, we willbe at the agancies and transfers exit.
What if my flight is delayed?
We will be monitoring the flight from the moment it leaves your point until it reaches Cancun.
Can my driver make a stop on the way to my hotel?
If possible yes, with a maximum time of 10 min as long as it is on the way to the hotel.
Where do you find me at the hotel?
We will be waiting in the Lobby parking lot 5 min before your pick up time.
Can I cancel my reservation at no cost?
Cancellation is possible free of charge as long as it is 24 hours in advance before the travel date.
Can I pay in cash when boarding?
For any reservations a 50% advance is necessary to guarantee the service that can be done by Pay Pal and or via Transfer.
